The key performance indicators for copper gasket(OFHC) are reliability and variability. Metal gaskets are impermeable to gases and withstand moderately high temperatures indefinitely, we fabricate these Copper Gasket(OFHC) for UV, UHV and XHV systems. These machined copper gaskets(OFHC) are used for mating CF flanges punched from 1/4 hard, high purity, oxygen-free (OFHC) copper stock. The gaskets are then chemically cleaned and processed to minimize scratches and burrs. Our proprietary deburring and polishing processes, designed specifically for vacuum applications, make us one of the largest copper gasket producers in the vacuum industry. Maximum Bakeout Temperature is 450° C.
