Responsibilities:
•1.Responsible for technical support for the sales and communicating with the customers on pre-sales products selection and help customers making technical scheme.
•To be in charge of after-sales products installation and debugging.
•To develop technical training to employee and customers.

Responsibilities:
•结合公司整体销售战略目标,辅助销售经理在大项目销售中心的销售计划制定、执行及团队建设;

R&D ManagerBeijing | More than5-8 years | BachelorView
Responsibilities:
•负责新产品开发工作:
a. 收集和分析阀门市场信息,进行新阀门立项、设计并组织开发;
b. 负责新阀门开发过程中相关验证;
c. 对所开发出来的新阀门所有运行实验进行跟踪并及时改进;
d. 根据相关行业标准及市场推广的需要,研发新阀门;
•与半导体阀门后道应用端了解需求,并在产品研发工作中执行,对接制造端,跟踪实现半导体高纯阀门的最终落地;
•负责研发新阀门试制生产及装调、测试,改进;
a.依据生产过程中反馈问题,及时到现场处理与分析技术问题,并提出改善预防措施;
b.协助营销/质量部处理与技术有关的质量问题
•负责现场工艺纪律及标准化工作:
a.工艺管理规章制度制定,工艺纪律教育培训;
b.工艺标准化制定,提高工作效率,降低能耗;
•负责新研发阀门实验展开及测试平台建立;
•解决阀门生产过程中遇到的技术问题,确保生产的顺利完成;
•对本公司阀门工厂的实验室进行规划,团队建立
•培养研发团队,从早期较单一的产品品类往→多品类→自主设计研发路线的实现
Qualification:
•35岁以下,熟悉阀门的结构设计,从事5-8年以上产品设计和开发管理经验,参与过完整的产品设计至上线经验,半导体气路控制部件为佳
•在大型阀门企业,或 研究所 或 阀门通用所 或 航天研究所,从事阀门研发或者材料研发,优先考虑;
机械、模具或相关专业本科以上学历,有一定的英文阅读能力,能够借助工具书翻译资料;
•熟练运用各种设计软件,如Autocad、CAXA、SolidWorks、Pro/E等;
•了解阀门知识、真空、管道及气动相关知识、了解电气控制原理;
•熟悉产品机械零部件的设计流程和机械加工制造工艺;熟悉热处理及表面处理锻造及铸造工艺,熟悉铝合金、不锈钢管机械加工工艺;
