Formed Bellows
The key performance indicators for bellow are reliability and variability. We fabricate these Formed Bellows for FV, HV, UHV and XHV systems from 347 stainless steel hoses and 304L stainless steel. In contrast to hydraulically formed metal hoses, formed bellows are flexible and tend to spring back to their natural length (typically midway between their extended and compressed lengths) when not under vacuum. The ISO-KF, ISO-K, ISO-F, and CF flange is the most widely used for FV, HV, UHV and XHV applications. Many gauges, instruments, accessories and feedthroughs are available on this flange system.
